Our restaurant is characterised by traditional local dishes, homemade pasta and a very special atmosphere.
Our traditional South Tyrolean cuisine is fresh, seasonal and local. Our restaurant is well-known in San Vigilio di Marebbe and the wider area of the Plan de Corones for its excellent cuisine and hospitality. We serve dishes prepared with love, mainly with home-grown ingredients. Our high quality beef comes from our own farm. What we don't produce ourselves, we buy from local farms or from the shops of our neighbours and friends. Our restaurant is a place to relax and enjoy in a welcoming atmosphere, in a room furnished with handcrafted solid wood furniture that bears witness to our history. Enjoy the tasty game dishes, traditional South Tyrolean specialties such as dumplings, ‘canci’ (a type of fried potato ravioli) and many other delicacies. Our wine cellar is home to the ideal bottle to accompany your delicious meal. We will be happy to recommend the right wine to match the menu chosen by you from our wide selection.
Our restaurant is not only open to our guests, but to everyone. As we are located directly on the slopes in winter and on alpine meadows in summer, it is also an ideal stopping place for skiers and hikers.
