Prices per adult include half-board(buffet breakfast, 3-course dinner with salad and appetiser buffet) and use of our wellness centre.

Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2,70 per person per day (from 14 years upwards). The tourist tax is payable locally.

Children up to the age of 17 receive an age-related discount.

•KRONPLATZ GUEST PASS: with this digital card, you can enjoy unlimited use of the ski buses in Val Pusteria and the San Vigilio Dolomiti region, as well as all public transport (including regional trains) throughout South Tyrol.

 If you wish to use the guest card during your journey to reach your destination by public transport, you can request it in advance via pre-check-in.

Bedrooms and suites are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive before 2 p.m., feel free to deposit your luggage and relax on our terrace or in the restaurant while you wait. Please advise if you anticipate arriving after 7 p.m.

Late check-out (on request and subject to availability)

 • until 3.00 pm – €30 per room

 • until 6.00 pm – €50 per room

 • after 6.00 pm – full daily rate

• Your reservation will be considered binding once we have received a deposit. This is calculated on the basis of the length of your stay.

• The reservation may be cancelled and the deposit returned no later than 60 days before the date of arrival.

• In the case of cancellation within 60 days before check-in, the deposit will be retained.

• In the event of a ‘no show’, late arrival or early departure in relation to the booking dates, the guest will be required to pay for the entire stay, excluding meals.

• We accept cash or bank transfer for the room balance, to be paid at check-in.
